Project: Install a Central Air Conditioning System
They did exactly what they promised. There are 2 reasons I did not give 5 stars: 1) They do a lot of work in the Hamptons and are familiar with the codes there which are far stricter than what we have in the town I live. This would have limited the placement of the outside unit. A call to the town eventually got the correct codes but I had to make that call which made for a hectic 2 hrs to track down the answer. 2) A fridge magnet was knocked down and broke. Fortunately I was able to crazy glue it back. Also a very small area of the wall had some paint that was scraped off possibly by a ladder. Minor and fixable.

Very professional, did exactly what they said they'd do, in the timeframe they specified. Cleaned up really well. No cheaper than anyone else, but I don't mind paying for peace of mind.

Project: Install a Central Air Conditioning System
After doing research, I had requested a particular brand for which this company was not a dealer. The contractor attempted to get me to switch and made a claim about the energy efficiency of their preferred manufacturer's equipment which was inconsistent with the manufacturer's own website information. Other than that, all went smoothly with installation. I found the company very professional and its staff very courteous. They were also very helpful in helping us obtain a LIPA rebate and Federal tax credit. We intend to have them service our system. I would recommend them and hire them again.
