Mr. Byrne was prompt with calling to schedule an estimate. He gave a very reasonable price. He called when he was ready to do the work. He worked for 8 days at my home. I was very disappointed with the paint job. There were so many missed spots on the walls, ceiling, doors,and trim. I could see the while spots of the wall through his paint. I was supposed to get 2 coats, but it could not have been, or so many places would not have been missed. I notified him of my displeasure, however, he is away on family business. I have repainted many things myself, as I schedule sanding of wooden floors to follow the completion of his project.

Fair price, work completed on time, quality was fine. Replaced one door saddle and painted two, painted a ceiling and painted walls. The paint color I picked turned out to be hard to locate - Kevin took the time to track it down.

Kevin did a great job and was very helpful with decisions I had to make. He went above and beyond what my contract stated. Great guy will use him again in the future.

Kevin showed up when he promised. The work was done cleanly. But when he left he job, he left the empty pails along the side of my house for me to dispose of.

Customer choice the option of disposing of the pails himself in his recycling to save on paying myself for disposal costs.

Kevin returned and rectified all areas we had a problem and we are now satisfied!

Kevin is a really nice guy. I think he quoted us too low and then realized part way through the job was taking longer than he expected. This meant things were rushed towards the end and the quality just wasn't there. It resulted in a number of frustrating follow up calls (on both sides) to come back and finish up areas.

miss m insisted against my advice to use a low quality product. Towards the end she asked to switch to what I had recommended In the beginning. At this point it was to late as project was all but Completed. The quality of my work is reflected in all of my previous Unsolicited references. I think they speak for themselves.

Workmanship is good, but make sure you don't miss a detail when it comes to material specifications.
