He fixed our generator, and that was the goal.  He could have improved his customer service skills tremendouslly, and I don't think he was as knowledgable about generators as we thought he was going to be.  We had to give him the generator manuals so he could read them to figure out the problem.  It took him more time than what he originally thought, running us an additional $100 bucks that we had to spend.  I think if we had went with a more knowledgable person, we would have saved alot of money and gotten better customer service.  No, I would not recommend him to anyone, but he did fix our generator and that is what he was hired to do.
