I would have never guessed this was a plumbing company, but they are and did a great job. I called Service Magic after calling at least 5 local plumbers to fix a broken pipe on a Sunday morning. None of them were available! I got Bumble Bee Solar from Service Magic. He arrived and fixed our pipe within an hour! His total bill was less than the service call for the other plumbing companies I had called!

Project: Install, Replace or Repair a Main Water Pipe
Hired these guys to install a pressure regulator in the basement. I thought they would have to break open the drywall for it, but he managed to install it through an existing access panel, which I didn't even know was possible. He was quick and courteous and had a reasonable price.

We began with a few conflicts with arrival time, but once there, the service was excellent......It was a minor repair. Upon completion, I was only charged the trip charge rather than trip+one hour labor.......I would not hesitate to use this company again and I would recommend their service to anyone.........

Project: Repair or Service a Water Heater
Figures, first snowy day and our Natural Gas Water Heater starts to leak from the reserve pipe into our drain! Jake tried to help me over the phone to avoid costs to me if it was something "normal"...of course it wasn't. He replaced the Pressure Valve, Tested our Water Pressure, Lowered the Water Temp, and Tested for Leaks $155 - no travel charges. Although Jake was professional, friendly to my dogs, informative, and very honest about price...I hope I don't have to hire him any time soon. :) But I will if I need to!!

I was very worried about getting a timely repair for my swamp cooler during the hottest part of the summer and needed it done immediately due to owning some heat sensitive pets. Bumblebee was in touch with me immediately after my call to Service Pro, was able to come out the same day and work with my schedule. They really bent over backwards to get it done for me the same day! They were friendly, professional, I was pleasently suprised by the cost and just really thrilled with their service.
