The owner called us within an hour of posting our request & set up an appointment to come see us and the house. She was very personable & professional and we liked her very much. We set up an appointment, had our first cleaning & were very happy with the results!

Workers showed up late. Had some cleaning products but no cleaning tools, e.g. vacuum, broom, etc. Did mediocre job, e.g. failed remove mildew from shower door tracks, missed cobwebs in corner of ceiling, didn't dust shelf over sink. Workers didn't drive own car so when they finished, they had to wait in my house for 45 minutes for their ride. Disappointed in service provided.

Project: Clean House Interior (Maid Service)
Hired for long-term (multiple years), twice monthly cleaning. Initial work was excellent, but later was inconsistent and not always thorough. I called a couple of times to express concerns, but became discouraged. I would recommend for one-time cleaning and/or cleaning done while owner is home, but I felt they took my business for granted and may not have worked as hard or as long because I was not home to observe.

Bright Clean was fantastic. I was more than happy, they went above and beyond what I expected. I already started to recommend them to my friends, and I hired them on a bi-weekly basis. Keep up the good work Bright Clean!
