Overall they did a good job, there were some minor smudges not caught both on the windows and the screens. The gentleman who came worked hard and was very professional. I will use them again and I would recommend them to a friend.

Wish I would have called them from the get go. Had Johnson Cleaning Service in Crown Point do the windows orignally and they were horrible - would never recommend. Tried Bren-Mark and they were able to get the windows cleaned to my satisfaction. Very knowledgable and spent time with us explaining everything that they did and why. Trust them completely.

These windows were covered in "screen burn" which is where the aluminum screen has oxidized so badly that it has actually stained the window in the screen pattern. The only way to restore the glass was to use an acid cleaner.
