In this day when customer service is not a high priority, I was pleased to discover B.C Architectural Designs. I wanted to give four stars, but upon reviewing the experience from my first phone call to now, it would not have been right. Warm, attentive and not afraid to provide information. Bad design and poor customer service.

From the initial contact this was a typical addition and we had priced it accoridngly. Then the client continued to increase the size and scope of his project and we delivered certified plans that were three times the size of the original project at no additional charge. We in fact provided excellent customer service and took a signifficant loss on this project.

They were great to work with, very helpful, they are vey fast in understanding what you want,and getting it done. it took no time at all for them to make up my custom house plans. just a great job, i could have not asked for anything better. thank you hank
