Tech showed up on time fixed the problem on the first attempt and provided a clear concise technical write up of what the problem was and how it was resolved. thanks

So happy he showed up on day he said he would, however, miscommunication as to the time. Later than expected.

Fortunately it was an easy fix and took 5 mins but I still paid the service call price

the technician was fine. the charge for the trip was in reason. the price for the replacement part should have been about 10 dollars. you charged over 100. i did not get an email receipt as the technician said i would. i would not recommend you because of your outrageous charges

Way over charged! Charged for a service call and labor...parts were marked up too high!

Aviv Service were friendly on the phone, showed up in a timely manner and fixed everything I needed fixing!

Responded to my call within the hour. Diagnosed the problem quickly. I'm sure they would have fixed it just as fast if the part required to repair it didn't cost as much as a new washer. That's a GE product for you though.
