Timely and courteous. Finished the job quickly. Only negative is that after quoting a price on the phone, raised it when he saw the job. Turns out, although the job was more complex, the time he spent was about the same as his original quote.

Shimon was awesome - one of the washers he ended up needing to access was in a stackable unit and was incredibly difficult to access. He didn't give up and tried multiple ways of climbing up / over / around the thing and finally got the work done without complaint. He also did a good job and only billed $89 per hour on a weekend. Another of the matches I had wanted $349 (!!) for the first hour b/c it was a weekend. Summary: nice guy, fantastic effort, solid work, fair pricing and we would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Shimon was helpful diagnosing the issue on the phone and was incredibly patient with my ever changing schedule. He showed up on time, had a reasonable rate, and was efficient. He even saw that the leaky faucet we had caused some water to buildup in my storage unit and offered me the usage of his wet vac to clean that up.
