They did an excellent job of removing some bad stains in my sons bedroom. It was a last resort having the rug cleaned -it looked so bad I thought I'd have to replace the rug. The contractor was knowledgeable and friendly and I would definitely use them again!

Amazing!! My carpet looks brand new and smells fantastic. They had my carpets cleaned and deodorized in an hour and they could come and clean the carpets when I had time. I will never use anyone else!! Best!

Brett was very curteous and conscience not to allow any pets outdoors as he entered. there was a question about pricing- remember when asking for a quote that the dining and living room area counts as two areas if both carpeted & connected. That was my oversight and glad brett & i agreed on pricing before he started. the carpets looked great!

Technician called on his way over and was on time. Explained what the carpet would look llike while drying. Dried in the 4-6 hours as predicted. Carpets look as good as new. Very satisfied with the service.

There were some places on the chairs that needed to be done over and the tech had not wiped off the legs until I asked him to. Once he was done the chairs looked 100% better.

This is the second time I've called on Apex. After using many discount carpet cleaning companies, I have realized that it's worth it to pay a tiny bit more and get real results. I thought I would have to replace this carpet but Apex came through and it made SEVENTEEN year old carpet look new. They also accommodated my request to came on the same day I called. Once again, Apex far exceeded my expectations AGAIN and I highly highly recommend them. Thank you so much.

The gentlemen that came out was pvery nice and professional. He worked around my 2 yr old who was just as curious as ever. The carpets look GREAT! I would definitly tell my friends and family to hire them if they are seeking carpet cleaning.
