It's too expensive. No more use this service. I email and ask the receipt 2 times and has no answer. I need a written paper the part and the labor. They said somebody unplug the connection outside.

Technician was great. The tier system for pricing is horrible. Tech was there maybe 10-15 min. And screwed in 2 wires then I was charged $130. Definitely over-priced for that job. Great service, but disappointed with the company.

They did a good job in inspection. After the inspection, I asked them to replace the AC systems in my house. They did a fair job too. The AC had a trouble 2month installation, but they came back to fix it for free, immediately after I called them. They made a scratch in the door frame right next to the furnace, and said they would come back to fix it. After three months, they haven't yet. Hope they will fix it some time.

I asked them about financing options, and was told someone would get back to me. No one ever did. The installer finished the job and needed to collect the full amount. He called, but couldn't get anyone about financing.

I appreciate that they were able to come out after hours and resolve my issue without charging extra fees. I did tell their Customer Service Rep that I would like to follow up regarding long term care for my AC units and have not heard back from them.
