He called me in 30 minutes after I put my info into service magic site. He came to my home on time. He explained the details of the job and gave me the estimate price. After he finished job, clean up the site completely and charge same price as estimated price. I will reorder him if I need to fix something.

Project: Install or Replace Interior Doors
Allie did a terrific job at installing a door in a difficult spot in my den. He contacted me the same day I requested the work done and followed up with a visit to my home that afternoon. He suggested many different options ranging in price and appearance. He took all the information I had provided him with and went home and continued to research other options to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. After we had agreed on the type of door to be installed and how it would be installed, he quoted me a very reasonable price. In addition, I asked him to frame a large picture window in my house and to fix some other minor construction problems I had. He drew up a contract, asked for a minimal down payment, and proceeded to have my custom door made for me. During the time the custom door was being made, he followed up with telephone calls to inform me about how the work was progressing. The door was soon finished and ready to be installed and he told me he and his crew could come to do all the work as soon as I wanted. He was willing to come on a Saturday or Sunday if I so requested. He and his crew arrived on a Sunday and set to work installing the door, framing the window, and fixing my construction problems. Allie and his crew were very neat and clean in doing the work and continued to work all day without even stopping for a lunch break. They were very dedicated in the getting the job done that one day instead of dragging it out over many days which I had experienced with other contractors. Before he left, he told me to call him if there were any problems with the work that I noticed as the days went on. It's been a couple of weeks now and there has been no problems with the completed work. As a matter of fact, I've noticed how much detail and care he put into the work that I didn't notice when I first inspected the finalized work. Allie Assad comes highly recommended by this satisfied customer.

Project: Install or Replace Exterior Doors
Mr. Assad seemed very knowlegable and experienced. He did a good job in explaining our options for replacing our front door including the option of refurbishing our old door, which was the option we chose. This option saved us a lot of money and the door looked beautiful! The only complaint is that he didn't let us know when the door was going to be done later than he estimated. We would have appreciated it more if he would have kept us informed.
