est repaired furnace in a timely manner, I got a call right away and he was prompt. I would have preferred that he give me quote before fixing. Keep in mind this work was done on my rental that is in another state.

the electrician was not very knowledgable in his work, it was the worst service i ever received from a professional and i would not recommend going thru your service to my friends. Service magic needs to screen their pros much better before recommending them to a client.....horrible service.

This customer is a landlord and lives in another state his problem was with the local power company he never paid me or return my phone onces i found the problem.

Mr. January was excellent to work with. He was professional and explained the pro's and con's of replacing my existing A/C unit in terms that I could understand. I honestly felt that what Mr. January was communicating to me regarding replacing my unit was the truth, which made my decision easier without all the anxiety that comes along with such a large purchase.

mr january was very deligent and professional we have an older ac unit he found the parts we needed and we now have the coldest air in pearl.we will recommend him to anyone .was here when he said and did what he said at a fair price

John January was flexible with our needs and stayed in touch very well and kept us updated on his progress and showed sincere concern for our satisfaction. He was in and out very quickly and left no trace of ever being there other than leaving a quiet and impressively efficent system behind. Since installation he has called a couple of times to make sure we're satisfied. I would recommend John to anyone who wants a competitively priced professional installation done.
