I recommend that this professional let prospective customers know in advance that the evaluation visit will be at a charge and what that charge will be. This was not done in this instance.

Phoned quickly after leaving them a message- technician extremely courteous, explained what he was doing, and he solved our problem! He even took his shoes off when before entering our house- so polite! We would certainly recommend them!

Came by, inspected the roof and leadings into attic. Installed screens. No more birds in the attic. Was punctual and did a very clean job. Would recommend.

Installed 2 shields on my gable vents to prevent birds from flying into my attic and he patched some opening where he thought birds might enter. Don't hear birds in my attic anymore. Job well done.

tHE ESTIMATE WAS FAIR AND THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY AND EFFECTIVELY. SO FAR I DON'T SEE A BAT PROBLEM SINCE THEY DID THE WORK.
