Showed up on time, However, had to leave for about an hour to get new igniter. When he did return, he put in the igniter but it was a generic replacement part. After about one day, the igniter would not always work. He returned with the correct part and it worked fine ever since.

Tommy responded within 1.5 hours, appeared to be a man of integrity.  However, I would highly recommend potential customers request a diagnositc evaluation /service call 1ST, determine the cost for that check & THEN request an itemized estimate PRIOR TO allowing him to commence any work.  Also, ask specifics about parts & labor PRIOR TO any work.  IF time permits you may wish to take the itemized part NUMBERS & research (http://americanhvacparts.com/index.htm) costs PRIOR TO allowing work to commence.  I found major parts to be marked up over 200% BUT labor was included, hence the recommendation to receive an itemized list 1ST -MY BIG MISTAKE
