Reid was fantastic. Truly a nice guy who takes the time to do it right and cares about doing a high-quality job. The previous plumber had done a sloppy job, but Reid took care of things in a jiffy. I highly recommend Reid.

Project: Clean Out a Sewer

They came out at 9pm on a Friday. We had a bad clog in our main pipe and sewage all over our bathroom. They took care to put plastic on the floor and booties on their shoes. They worked until 1am finding the clog and cleaning up. We were grateful, since all the other so called 24 hour services that we called could not make it or did not answer their phone.

Reid and his co-worker did an OUTSTANDING job repairing 2 very scary situations. I called them on a Sunday, and they were here within an hour. They repaired my stove that had been leaking gas, cleaned it, and it looks like new. They also fixed the CO2 problem w/ my furnace in my basement. I would highly recommend them to anyone! I will be passing out their card to all of my neighbors! Great job!!

I think the job was a little more intense than first thought, but the men worked really hard and stayed 10 hours each day to finish the job for me and they kept me involved in decisions as it related to the job

Reid called me within minutes of submitting the project. His availability was excellent and he explained everything. He gave me a fair estimate on the phone and when the project ran into an unexpected extra cost he was up front and honest. I would hire him again. The job was very expensive, but it's almost impossible to compare plumbing work without having someone else come out. Reid's expertise and professional attitude were excellent. I would hire Reid and his company again.

Reid and his crew were great and fixed the problem in no time and even offer explainations on what caused the problem. Very professional company and even asked if they needed to take their shoes off, which they did.
