The salesperson was very knowledgeable. The installers were polite and helpful in making some decisions. They were also very neat while working. The price was what we intended to spend. We are pleased.

I purchased my house with an existing unknown system installed. I chose ADT based upon it being their system (as I found out). I read all the reviews online about ADT and with the exception of having several different people call me to try to change my appointments to earlier dates/times, so far, the customer service has been great. There were no charges for verifying and setting up my existing equipment including battery replacements and some minor changes to the system setup.

What choice do we have? If you want a house alarm, you are very limited. After three tries, I finally had a decent installer and things were done properly. It was so badly done from the start, though, that it was absolutely comical. You get whatever subcontractor they randomly choose to send you for your install, so good luck with that!

Great customer service and a terrific representative to walk me through exactly what I was getting myself into. I dont like surprises so the up-front nature of the salesperson was refreshing. What he quoted is what I paid, end of story.
