They were awesome - called in a timely manner, came to the house, assessed the problem and then fixed it quickly. I was also able to pay through pay-pal with a credit card, which was helpful. I will definitely call them again ~

Mike was very prompt, arriving within 20 minutes after the call as he committed. He diagnosed our refrigerator problem within 5 minutes and fixed it without replacing any parts. He saved us a ton of money and was very polite and professional.

Very nice. The only complaint is I paid for a part and labor for work that has not been done yet. The part was to come in a couple of days that order was taken on Jan. 11 it is now Jan. 19 and I have not heard anything back from them. I will be cancelling this work order and requesting a refund. Funny how he stated that even though we paid in advance for the part and labor to be done he was not the type to skip out.

Reliable, prompt service. Each time we have called them to look at our appliances we have been pleasantly surprised at the overall cost. They arrive on time or earlier and communicate the problem clearly. I highly recommend ABA appliance.
