AAM, Co. had done a great job installing my pool liner and my new pump. They are fast and professional.

I would highly recommend to anyone purchasing an above ground pool to hire this company to level the ground and install the pool.

they did good overall. clean up was a little rushed, tape residue was left all around the steps of the pool. bottom line is they did a good job and would recomend to a friend

I initially contacted Mark about installing my above ground pool and while I thought his price was very reasonable, I decided Icould save some money and do it myself. Well after the hassle of getting my ground leveled and my pavers set, I'd had enough. I called Mark back and he came out and finished the install, even making an extra trip to remove some wrinkles from my liner, when he could have easily said the problem was due to the work I had done. He actually complimented me on my work. These guys are good at what they do and they take pride in their work. You rarely see this type of service these days.

They came out and repaired our pool. It was still leaking so I called them back and was told that they did not guarantee the work. They did not bother to tell me that when they took my money. They promised me a refund in the mail. I never received it. The man I spoke with was very rude. I will never use them again and suggest no one else does. They seem nice when they take your money but when there is a problem that soon stops...

This customer had multiple holes in his pool liner. We do not guarantee liner repair when there are multiple holes which was explained to him. We offered a full refund, but never heard back from them. At AAM Company, we try our best to make sure each and every customer is happy with our work. We did try to please Chris by offering a full refund, but did not get a response.

Mark (the owner) came out to discuss our pool and was very easy to work with, but I would have appreciated him sharing more of the options availble to me, no matter the cost; instead, I had to ask him questions about a few options I was aware of. The initial install was rushed and not done to the highest standard, having said that, AAM stands by their work and they quickly and confidently fixed up all issues within 1 day. Mark continues to be great to work with and he clearly has his customer in-mind. I would use AAM again and again and refer them to all.

Mark and all the guys with AAM have made this a very pleasant experience. We had rain delays and they worked me back into the schedule very quickly. Mark is very knowledgeable about above ground pools and answered all my questions thoroughly. All of the guys were professional and polite. They did a great job installing my pool and cleaned up afterwwards. My pool is gorgeous and I couldn't be happier witht the service I received from Mark, his sons, and the rest of the guys with AAM.

As of 1 month after the pool was installed I have no complaints. The job took a few days past scheduled completion date but for the workmanship received that was OK. There was a issue with where I wanted the pool installed but Mark had good recommedations on a solution to bypass the issue. I would highly recommend AAM,Co to anyone.
