Founded by Richard Comeras, A-1 Foundation Crack Repair, Inc. has become one of the leading providers of advanced crack repair technologies. Rich, who has been in the construction business since 1980, founded the company after discovering the industry-leading A-1 Method as a solution for a severely fire-damaged and cracked house foundation. He knew from his construction experience that hydraulic cement and other available products could not fix the cracks. These products do not allow for the expansion and contraction of concrete due to extremes in temperature and weather. He was determined to find a solution. After significant research, Rich perfected a solution that involved new techniques and materials fine-tuned from dam repair technologies pioneered by the US Army Corps of Engineers: the A-1 Method. A-1 Foundation Crack Repair, Inc. was founded after more and more house builders requested the A-1 Method to solve problems.

With water flooding into my basement during rain storms I asked if my appointment could be moved up before the hurricane. I figured it would not happen, but I was very surprised to find that they squeezed me into the schedule. This is a company that keeps their word and calls and arrives when they say they will. Even though my problem was not something they could fix, the service was professional and helpful. Definitely recommend A1!

Foundation crack was found quickly and the repair was taken care of very well in a timely fashion. The work also has a guarentee should any future issues arise. He checked the rest of the foundation from the outside for any other problems

Very quick in contacting me after intial service magic enquriy Abe to give a pricing over the telephone after talking through my situation Pricing seemed very reasonable Able to schedule an appointment for a reasonable time after confriming I wanted work to proceed On time, called in advance on the day to allow me to be away from work a minimal time Quick work, clean and the person doing the work was very courteous and prfoessional Have had no significant rains yet to test the work but all looks in order at present

The wall I needed repaired was at a home that I just ended up selling, so I did not need A-1 to come out and do the job. Rich was very helpful.
