They pinpointed the problem on my father's washer very quickly and had it fixed within a half hour.

water leak from fridge ice melt water tube. came out very later and did not fix the job-still leaked and flooded the next day. when i called they said they would have to charge me again. i refused and got some one else. The lesson-don't go with the cheapest initial charge-they also wanted $175 for a doulbe valve with seemed ridiculously expensive for fixing the water lead.

Regards, we gave same day service. We gave her evening hours at no additional charge. When the technician went to the residence and diagnosed the unit found water valve to be leaking. Homeowner did not wish to fix it. Called the next day and demanded us to fix it for free or she would place a negative review against our company. The $175 charge was for the water valve and installation. If homeowner would of completed repair, she would of have received a free service charge and $25 off the repair. Homeowner stopped payment on her service fee check and will be legally notified.

My refrigerator needed a new motor - it took 5 visits (one time standing me up) to correct the loud noise. Finally the 5th visit, they changed the motor and the fan. It was not a good experience. They did not charge me after the first visit, which I would expect that.

Respectfully, we make every effort to repair an appliance the first time we go out to a residence. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over parts that may defective from the manufacturer. We greatly apologize for the inconvenience. We are happy to hear that the no charge for the additional parts and the evening hour times at no additional charge were helpful. They gave me a service window from 3-6pm so I took off from work early. They finally showed up at 7pm, without calling me to say they would be late. If you have a 3 hour window, you need to show up in it or at least call.

Very professional Did a good job.

They mis-diagnosed the problem & still billed for the service charge. While I contracted for this service they followed up with the resident/ baby's sitter for the payment of the service charge as opposed to contact me , the owner of the home. They were extremely egger to receive payment prior to the 24 hour verification of no damage to property at the conclusion of their work. In the end there was no damages, but considering that there are so many available contractors, one should not use this contractor because they are unprofessional and mis diagnosed the problem for which they still collected payment for the service charge.

Respectfully, we never mis-diagnosed the unit. The technician and the babysitter called the homeowner from the residence, however there was no response. Talked to the homeowner the next day and she chose not to do the repair due to the age of the unit. However, she did ask us to remove the old unit for her which was built in. Needed two technicians to remove the very large refrigerator and dispose of all gases and compressors properly. Once job was completed homeowner would not pay for the repair without inspection from her tenant. Once inspections was verified homeowner called in and tried not to pay for the price agreed upon for the removal

It took awhile to finally get it done. The work done was good. Expensive, though. Almost 200.00 for a hose replacement kit on a portable dishwasher. The part was 75.00 and the labor was 120.00. But, I am very happy to have my dishwasher working again. The only reason I would not recommend is because of the price of labor.
