Allan Zimbler was good to work with and very attentive. My only issue was the $250 discount was eaten up by undisclosed fees such as "paper". That was disappointing and very disconcerting.

Not sure why this customer was disappointed, fees for printing and reimbursables are clearly described in our proposal, with a not to exceed limit. Unfortunately, we must charge for reimbursables, since we do not know the extent of charges which will be required by the customer. Additionally, this customer specifically asked for additional prints, and was not charged for them.
