Personnel were very friendly, there was a time constriction, so some projects were rushed and not finished satisfactorily.

They were an hour late, I was on a tight schedule, so I was not home when they finished. Did not was inside windows, I thought they would, was not satified with the cleaning of the floors, did not do would work which I thought they should have. If I had have been home, I would have checked out all of this before they left. Haven't decided if I will call them back again or not. House looked better when they left then when they arrived but was a bit dissappointed with the things that didn't get done.

Marylou spent the time at my home to explain how they would clean my house and asked if there were any concerns or anything special I might want done. She also asked what cleaning solutions I would like to use . I felt confident that work would be done properly. But I felt the prices were a bit high and chose not to hire any service at this time, but would consider Zia if I change my mind.

At our initial meeting, my cleaning lady was very professional, explained the services in detail, provided a reasonable estimate, and made me feel very much at ease in turning over the key to my home. My house was spotless when I returned home from work on the day of the cleaning.
