Carlos was very attentive and did what he said he was going to do. The crew did, however, leave my basement covered with sooty footprints, glue residue on my concrete floor and a very half-hearted clean up job. I was not happy at all with this aspect of their work.

Carlos came to my house the very day I called, he explained every aspect of what the job entailed and began the day he said he would and finished the day he said he would. Carlos and his helper were both very professional and answered any and all questions my wife and I had, his price I felt was very reasonable and he was very neat. Project: Eliminate Asbestos
Very professional. Answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Explained in great detail the process he used to remove the asbestos from our steam boiler. Because of the small amount of asbestos material that he removed, he indicated that a certificate of air quality was not required, however, this is a document I may need for the boiler installer contractor before they will start work (if they will not accept the wording in his contract/proposal).
