Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Eugene and his team are the best! They did a fabulous remodel of the small master bathroom in our house in 2002; and they just completed a total kitchen renovation in our new house. Eugene is a fabulous designer, and extremely patient with demanding and sometimes indecisive clients (like me). His suggestions were always right on the money. He came by almost every day during the actual demo and build. The guys were great, worked hard every day, did great work, and cleaned up every night. They are my go-to company for any remodel project.

This business is first rate. Complete smooth communication enabled us to have the kitchen and living space we have dreamed of. Eugene has a great eye for design and was very patient with us. We will use Z & P Contruction any time we need upgrades.

After many past remodeling experiences, I've found Eugene Zagoskin and his multitalented crew to be outstanding in every way. The work was done to the highest standard. The workers were consistently punctual, clean, respectful, and skilled. In addition, Eugene's artistic eye was greatly helpful. He came in on budget and on time. I would happily use his firm's services again and have recommended him to friends and family. This was by far the happiest renovation experience I've ever had. I have only highest praise.

Project: Design a Kitchen
Z&P Construction was superb, with excellent design ideas and taste. Eugene helped select the countertop and backsplash, taking the time to look at granite slabs with me and visit tile stores, and he selected beautiful paint colors for the walls. He also helped select appliances and the kitchen cabinets. We are so pleased with the final result! The workmen all work for Eugene, so they came everyday from the day we gutted the kitchen, to the day it was complete. Everyone I know was amazed at how quickly and seamlessly the new kitchen was completed. I recommend him highly for any home project, and would use him again in a heartbeat.

It was a pleasure working with Eugene and crew. They were available immediately for a follow-up issue and I feel confident they will stand by their work if there are future issues. Eugene is a craftsman, not just a handyman. I will definately use them again.

If Creativity and Flexibility were criteria, I would have to give them better than Very Good. Eugene is truly an artist, and master of remodelling. I highly recommend him for any kitchen or bath.

Eugene was wonderful to work with. He was prompt, professional and flexible - we changed our mind at the last moment and added a jacuzzi tub, he took it in stride with no problem. His entire team were professionals and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend this company.

Eugene Zagoskin is an exceptional craftsman who understands both his business and his client. Throughout this process he lavished attention on my issues, was prompt, held my hand when I needed it, was directive when he needed to be. His team of remodelers/plaster guys/flooring, whatever,was excellent-respectful of my house and my kid, ruthless and perfectionistic in getting the job done. Mr. Zagoskin is an Artist/without the diva attitude. I would recommend him without reservation to even the most discriminating homeowner. In a word, his work is "WOW."
