I enjoyed working with ZNK. They were professional, responded quickly to any questions or concerns regarding our agreement or work progress. They worked fast, stayed on schedule, protected my home from dirt or damage and cleaned up after themselves. All of their employees were professional and appropriate, and I felt comfortable to have them working in my home. I was very happy with the guality and look of the finished product.

Very easy to work with, and clearly knowledgeable. The work was finished on time (despite only having a couple of weeks to do it in), and looks great!

zachary and art cortez (of Cortez Constructuion) were outstanding! They repaired a botched light installation that required difficult texture matchhing and did so perfectly and in only one day with no notice. i will use them for all future renovations!

The first time I contacted Zack he came over in less than an hour. I only needed my front door fixed and it took him less than an hour. I couldn’t find my check book to pay him and he takes credit and Debit cards on the spot, he has a little wireless credit card terminal. After the first project I had him back twice, once to remodel my kitchen most recently to add 500+ square feet to my house. He always provides a full breakdown on his bids showing where all of his cost for the project is, and a schedule for the job. So far he has never finished late or gone over budget. I’m going to have him back this summer to put in a Hot Tub and deck in my back yard. Don’t waste your time with other Contractors call Zack”

Zack called me even before I'd recieved the confirmation email from Service Magic. He was friendly, highly professional, agreed to match a competing bid and the work was performed on time, on budget and with zero interruption of the day's business. Would HIGHLY recommend contacting him!

Very good customer! I have re sided the whole house replaced all windows and will be doing the kitchen and both bathrooms after the first of the year.

They do excellent work. He shows up on time, communicates well and does great work for the price.

Liz is a real estate agent and after our first encounter we now do all of her property maintenance for 75 rental homes. We also take care of all inspection corrections for her clients. We have also been referred by Liz to about 20 other home owners that we have done work for now.
