Project: Clean House Interior (Maid Service)
The cleaning, to the extent that I requested, was very thorough. I did however think that the firat person that was hired, while polite and thorough, was a bit slow. My home is a little small to justify the time that was taken. A subsequent fill-in was quicker, but just as thorough which matters when you are paying by the hour. Overall, I was satisfied with the service.

Showed up and cleaned everything very thoroughly. Team worked well together, dusting vacuuming, kitchen and bathroom, entry and hall, bedroom and main room all done very well. Pleasant and hardworking

I thought Zhanna and another person would be coming as of the evening before. I was called 10:30 AM to tell me someone else was coming alone. She came on time 12:30-12:45. She did a good job but had to work longer because she was only 1 person. I was told 1 price originally but the cost was more because it took longer. I wasn't told that. I believe there was miscommunication again about the frequency of the service. I told Zhanna I wasn't sure how often I would need the service but she wanted to set it up for every week or every 2 weeks. I very well may call rhe service again and hopefully have better clarification.

Zhanna's service was great. I had them out at my home once for the deep cleaning so far and it was better than any other service or person I have had thus far. They actually moved things when they dusted and cleaned, made beds, and took at trash. I was very happy. I think they are also reasonably priced and plan to have them clean my home bi weekly. I would recommend them, great job!

I was supposed to get a deep cleaning(walls, doors, base boards, dusting, vacuuming). I had tto tell the one lady 4 times that none of my walls, doors or base boards were cleaned and she's telling me they were! The dust, marks, everything- still all over everything! I had to point out 3 different things that were not even touched before they left and also had to clean the one part of my kitchen myself while they were there! To top it off, the lady that came and gave me an estimate told me it would be no more than $80 - $20/hr., any time after 4 hours was free. BIG LIE! When finished, she charged me $120.

I had house guests coming and needed all the help I could get. Zhanna responded very quicly to my inquiry and made an appointment to do a deep clean. She and Natalie did an excellent, thorough job, very efficient. I was delighted with the results and plan to use the service regularly from now on

After having this service 2 times, I have decided to try another cleaning service. My expectations were that the certain things would be done but they were not accomplished. While each room was cleaned the first time there were things missed in each room. The laundry room and 1/2 bath were not done at all. The tops of things were still dusty in all rooms. The second time after checking.... a lot of things were missed......a kitchen counter, table.....and again the tops of things...doors were never wiped...only one set of windows wiped......I was disappointed......again the 1/2 bath was skipped until my husbannd mentioned it.
