We worked well together. It took two trips because we needed a longer VGA cable and a monitor mount.. Both not figured into price.

In my initial conversation, a price was quoted/hour. I accepted those terms, for a one jack install. Here is why I gave a low rating. He was supposed to be at the house at 4pm. He shows up at 4:40, siting traffic. Ok, I understand traffic. So my assumption is that the time will start at 4:40. He was done by 5:30, which he did say that it would take less than an hour. However he billed me for being there from 4:05 to 5:30. Now, he never said that there was a minimum of 90 minutes. Instead of arguing, I paid and sent him on his way. He asked for my review and he gets a review that I feel is fair. I can not recommend being deceitful.

Super nice guy & responsive. Called me right back & was able to come out that afternoon. Once at the house, he quickly diagnosed the problem - was sure to check all possible sources & then fixed it without a hitch.
