I was ready to have the carpet removed...Ron's quick response and exeptional job made me change my mind. He and his helper actually moved furniture and provided foam blocks that avoided damage to the wet carpet underneath the furniture. The protectant used has been tested by my 18 month old already and has worked better than anything I have seen in the past. I will most likely get another 5 years out the carpet in my house!!!!!

Your're the Boss arrived promptly when called to perform an estimate, which was comparative, and while conducting the estimate informed me that they could perform the job while they were here. I liked this option as it prevented scheduling another time to be in the home. I had some heavily stained areas due to traffic from two kids and a dog and they were able to remove the stains completely. Thanks You're the Boss!!

I was moving from my apartment, where I had been fostering a dog. I did not realize how bad the carpet was until I had moved everything. I knew I did not want to tackle this job on my own. I put in my request with ServiceMaster and Ron called me within seconds. Really, my computer screen had not even come up with the names of Pros yet!! Ron met with me, gave me a price and cleaned my carpet that very day. Ron and Lance were amazing. The carpet looks almost new and I am sure to get my deposit returned. They were friendly, efficient and just plain fantastic. If you need to have your carpets cleaned, these are the guys to do it!!!
