City: Charlton Project: Wood Flooring - Repair or Partially Replace The main part of the job was to fix squeeks in a hardwood floor.  The squeeks were repaired satisfactery.  Unfortunately, I later found that the base board under the kitchen sink is… Read Complete Rating The main part of the job was to fix squeeks in a hardwood floor.  The squeeks were repaired satisfactery.  Unfortunately, I later found that the base board under the kitchen sink is now gone and another peice of base board is only half attached.  Another part of the job was to refinish the hard wood floor in the kitchen and the living room.  There were spots where the old finish was not completely sanded off and is now showing through.  A few other minor descrepencies were also found which arn't worth mentioning.  Next time, I think I will do the job myself. David is willing to do "little… Read Complete Rating David did an excellent job replacing the carpet in our home to hard wood flooring. We also had him paint the exterior of our house which turned out great. David is willing to do "little extras" on the job while he is working which allowed us to get other things repaired that needed it.(without charging). Though others might think he is difficult to get rid of, that is just David trying to make sure he does a good job.  See All Ratings
