Warren was very informative and let us follow him everywhere and he let us know what needed to be fixed and how much it would be to fix it. i would recommend warren for any home inspection ! he ostensibly very polite and took pictures of everything and sent me a final email of everything we went over.

Warren arrived early and was very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and made feel extremely comfortable. He took pictures and we received a report right after the inspection. I would defiantly recommend Warren for your home inspection.

It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Warren Casey! He was very thorough, personable, explained a LOT to us & charged a fair price. It was also a plus that he had experience with manufactured homes & also was from the area, so gave us some great local tips! I would highly recommend him! Great job Warren! :)

Overall I'm very satisfied with Warren doing the home inspection. The only situation in which I might probably look for another inspector is when there's a concern with the roof and II'd really want the inspector to climb up on the roof to check things out.
