The heater works great, some of the vents were cut crooked though and I had to patch a lot of ceiling damage.

Project: New Windows - Multiple
The frist serviceman the broke glass out all four windows to be replaced. Had to have them come back to calk the gaps on the out side of the replacement windows and to pick glass around the back yard. The broken glass on top of the cover to my pool and inside my pool I spent about 3 hours picking up. Still picking little pices of glass around the pool area and waiting for owner to call me back.

The only estimator who actually measured each room of the house to determine the best size heating and a/c units for our house. They met our budget and installed everything on time and in only one day. Very happy with the results.

Project: Install or Replace Furnace or Forced Air Heating System
Installing of heating, A/C & water heater was professional & done on time. The electrician who was changing the electric service, on the other hand, was frequently late ( and when he finally arrived, had to go off to get parts or supplies at Home Depot) & the contractor did not communicate my requests for changes correctly. Electric job was not done as I expected & it was necessary for us to take time off work beyond original time frame to accommodate the electric work which should have been completed before the Heating & A/C installers began. This was not completely the electrical installers fault, as the contractor did not give the go-ahead for the changes in time to allow him to complete sooner. When someone called the contractor's office about it, they said he "forgot." Someone in the office told me later it was because we had not signed the change order, but we never received one. When the job was done by the installers, I was told the electrician would call for the inspection once he had finished. They all went away & we were left to call the inspector ourselves, which would make it necessary to take more time off work, or have a friend arrange to meet the inspector. So far, we have not had the final inspection. I think this is a problem when the contractor has offices so far from the job site & I would hire someone locally next time.

Project: Install a Central Air Conditioning System
Price and proposed equipment seemed comparable with other bids but with a bit more bells and whistles. Installation went smooth. However installer almost forgot to install control keypad until we asked them about it. Also they did not clean up after themselves after installation was complete but its nothing that I can't handle (saw dust, nails, scrap wood leftover). Overall so far so good.
