Project: Deck or Porch - Repair
There have been very few times in my life when a house project actually turned out better than I thought it would, but that was the case with the work York Construction did to my back deck. It looks great!!! The project started right when they said it would, the work and materials were of good quality, and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend York Construction for deck work and repairs.

I can't say enough about how good of a job Mike York of York Construction did with our screen porch and deck. He had a lot of great ideas (some I hadn't even considered), and always made certain that what was being done was what I envisioned. He took the time to sit down and go over every detail, ask questions, and make sure he had a clear picture of what I wanted. He was onsite and does a lot of the work himself. His crew was fantastic. I'm a neat, organized, and somewhat picky person, and MIke always kept us happy. I'm a fairly handy person and enjoy doing projects around the house; my wife and I spent a lot of time researching before deciding to hire a contractor, let alone which one to choose. I must say - hiring Mike York was well worth it! I would do it all over again, and wouldn't hesitate to hire Mike for other projects. Highly recommended!

Project: Wood Stairs and Railings - Install or Replace
Mike York and his team were very courteous and professional. I was very please with the outcome of the stairs and hopefully will be able to complete more home improvements in the upcoming months.

Project: Carpentry Framing - Repair
The work was excellent. Mike and his team were very professional and courteous at all times. The finished product looked great and ended up taking exactly how much time they said it would. They took the necessary steps to protect the parts of the house that were in close proximity to the areas being worked on and cleaned the job site at the end of each day. I would definetely use them again.
