Excellent communications, timely and customer friendly. Cost for job was excellent. Upsold to clean sky lights but did not follow through. Also, could have sold us to clean basement windows but did not. Over looking the two little items would highly recommend.

Matt did a great job cleaning my windows and they look beautiful. I didn't give Yorgey's a better rating b/c I really had to stay on top of him to make sure he did everything he had committed to. He left a few windows uncleaned for somewhat valid reasons, but did not approach me about them. Once I noticed they were left unclean, I was able to make all accessible to him. He was very polite and agreeable t/o the whole process. Also, he thought my price did not include doors and I had to pull up our old email exchange to show him that it did. He was gracious and did the doors, but I wish I he had been proactive in doing a thorough job.
