Project: Repair Electric Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
I had Yes come out twice. The first technician replaced the pump cartridge for our hydrotherm system. However, he did not know that the water shutoff valve could be rotated to a position allowing shutoff, and instead cut through the drywall (!) in order to shut off the water. His charges were initially higher than an earlier quote I had received. However, with a bit of negotiation, he dropped the charge to match the competition. A few days later, I called Yes! again, as we were having problems with no hot water. This technician was awesome. He diagnosed the problem, solved it, and charged NOTHING for the service! Very satisfied!

It took 2 trips before they finally fixed the problem. The second person did a great job in repairing our AC while the first guy didn't even bother to check the unit... It's also expensive.

After having some "Clown" (from Larson) tell me my only option was to replace my HVAC unit at $7,000 plus $1,000 for repair to my roof, YES came out and replaced two small Schraeder valves and had it blowing cold in 20-minutes at less than 1/10 the cost...it's still blowing cold two weeks later as I'm writing this review...Call YES ! !

the customer service was wonderful and the service was prompt but i was told it would be appropriately 260$ and at the end was charged more than 450. way too expensive and they do not let you know accurately just how much their service will cost.

Replaced our upstairs air conditioning unit, but have to wonder if it really needed to be replaced. I HAD a programmable thermostat in the upstairs hallway, which Yes Air replaced with a non-programmable thermostat. WHERE'S MY THERMOSTAT? I then installed my own programmable thermostat and the upstairs system STOPPED working! The service tech came out, told me there would be a $49.00 diagnostic charge. Then after getting off the roof, I had blown a fuse, the new total jumped to $124.00. The fuse is kind found in your car that costs about 15 cents. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE & CHARGE INFLATED PRICES.

I am very happy with the service Yes! Air Conditioning & Plumbing provided. The a/c unit needed to be re-charged and it's now working perfectly. It was easy to make an appointment with them. I liked that they notified me when they were on their way. Their technician arrived on time and quickly got the unit up and running again.

they did an excellent job on cleaning the ducts. They were quick, clean and very efficient in performing this job. As a matter of fact, another air conditioning service person came in later to check the air conditioner and commented on how clean the ducts were. We are very pleased with the service!
