Project: Build an Addition
EXCELLANT GENERAL CONTRACTOR! DID NOT REQUEST ADDITIONAL FUNDS BEYOND THE ORIGINAL QUOTED PRICE, DESPITE NUMEROUS PROBLEMS WITH EXISTING STRUCTURE. WAS ABLE TO MODIFY AND ADDAPT TO UNSEEN CONDITIONS WHICH CROPPED UP. CLEVER SOLUTIONS TO DIFFICULT ISSUES. EXCELLANT KNOWLEDGE AMONGST ASSOCIATES COVERING ALL TRADES. VERY RESPONSIVE TO INFO REQUESTS AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. OURS WAS AN ADDITION OF A MASTER BATH TO THE SECOND FLOOR OF EXISTING STRUCTURE. 20X12 NEW CONSTRUCTION OVER EXISTING FIRST FLOOR WHILE THE HOME IS OCCUPIED! ALSO RE-ROOFED THE WHOLE HOUSE. LOOKS GOOD

I would appreciate my prior ratings disregarded. Went above and beyond fixing other home issues that happend to occur while they were here. Stayed on the job the entire time, very nice people. Would have appreciated better communication with materials.

Project: Install Carpentry Framing
This firm installed a sliding patio door that I purchased at Lowes. They did an excellent job of removing old door and framing in for this new door and triming.Also they went and picked up the door at Lowes saving me a delivery charge. Quality workmanship and answered all my questions so I'm very satisfied homeowner. I plan on more projects and will use this firm again in future. I can recommend this firm wholeheartily!!!
