James is a friendly man. He came in and got the job done. He followed up twice to make sure that the problem was gone. And left us feeling secure in his work. The price was very reasonable.

They were very efficient with their time. The only downside was that after 2 weeks we are beginning to see mosquitoes return. While it's not likely not Yellow Bee's fault, I was hoping to have some more bug free time.

While seemingly knowledgeable, I didn't find Ernie to be very friendly. I view my rodent issue as a home invasion. It's frustrating, potentially unhealthy and in my case TERRIFYING! Maybe working with pests all day makes one a little put-offish but when your business is dealing with people, you really can't afford to be. On the upside, I've had no sightings since Yellow Bee's visit (about 1 wk). This doesn't necessarily mean the problem is yet resolved thus my mind is not completely at ease. Lastly, I feel I was grossly overcharged for the time and service provided.
