Eric, Pat and Tom were easy to communicate with and always returned calls promptly. Roof and gutters look great. Price was competitive. Looking forward to working with these guys on future projects.

The job was well done. However, the two guys that came out to sell the job were slick talkers.Said the dry rot would only be an extra $100, turned out to be $1,300. They said they didnt include the insepection in their price, but it would only be again, $100 due to the size of my house, it was $280. The job supervisor Patrick was honest, professional & a pleasure to work with.

The project foremen and crew were very efficient and timely. The work result was excellent. The salesperson, however, was very hard to get a hold of, so I was not kept up-to-date on when the work would start.

Sam from Yancey was great and answered all of our questions before and during the project. The roofing, siding, and painting teams were all very professional and performed excellent work. Only complaints were that the schedule wasn't always communicated accurately, so I didn't know which day to expect the team. Also disappointing was the great difficulty in reaching Sam/Yancey again to change the trim around a gable. Felt like they were much more responsive before we handed over final payment. I would still recommend them, though, for the quality of work and professionalism exhibited during the majority of the project.

We have thoroughly enjoyed working with the Yancy folks. Our project was a big one and we appreciated having our hands held during the process, the professionalism of our project manager and the hard work done by the crews. Some nasty problems were solved for us by Steve Kenyon. He is a treasure.
