Left a film/grit on floors and counter tops. Stove and oven fair. I specificaly asked the three to concentrate on kitchen and bathroom so I expected those two to be pristine after 1 hour and 15 minutes. A very small bathroom and half kitchen

The team didn't do their job in my satisfactions, wasting so much time and I had to call many times and complain. However they had to come back the next day with their supervisor to clean up the spots they left behind. I don't want this team to come back to my home again.

I liked that the crew were nice and respectful, and didn't need supervision. I didn't feel fearful for my belongings in the slightest. Brought their own cleaning supplies, too! Their secretary was pleasant and professional. I just wish they would have finished in 60m instead of 80m, or stopped at 1 hour and let me allot the extra time after assessment. Then, again, it's always that last 20m where everything gets dialed in, and I am happy with the work. :)

We booked YB Cleaning to assist us with the in-depth, move-in cleaning needed for multiple rental properties. They were reliable, prompt, hard-working and delivered an A+ quality cleaning job every time. They were very attentive to our special requests, and ensured we were happy with the end results. In short, we are very pleased with their work and will work with them again.

I had a problem with getting the level of cleaning that I wanted. Our house was in fairly clean condition and I asked for only 1 1/2 hours of cleaning by a crew of three (a light cleaning). After 1 1/2 hours they still hadn't begun the main floor of the house. I asked the manager to adjust several times, but they failed to followed my instructions. They left after 3 hours and the house was still not completely cleaned (no dusting on the main floor and very light cleaning of the kitchen and downstairs baths)..
