Gerald Cash and his team made this major job in our home go smoothly, everything he promised was accomplished. This was my first time dealing with replacing our old unit and I did allot of research through the web and had about 4 estimated and met with a few contractors, once I met with Gerald I knew I had the right person for the job, he made me feel good about the decision knowing that he along with his dad and friend was up to the task. I would recommend his business to anyone, they where very professional and the unit installed is working awesome. Me and my family are extremely happy.

Very Thorough! Came in person to assess the job and within 24 hours provided a written cost estimate. Mr Cash Installed the unit on the day he indicated and within the time limits he indicated. Very efficient and professional ! I would recomend this company!

Gerald of X-Treme Air was courteous, hard working, punctual, reasonably priced, and professional. My project was not an average swap out the air conditioning unit, but required extensive attic duct work which Gerald found a way to do when other bidding contractors would not even attempt. Gerald did a meticulous and thorough job and 6 months later my air conditioner is running strong and saving me good money on my electric bill. I most definitely recommend him to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable price.

This is a family owned business. They believe in taking care of their customers. They were here at the appointed time. Explained exactly what they were going to do and how they would complete the job. They took pride in doing an excellent job and I appreciated their prompness and effeciency. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a new system.

They are a "get-er-done" all in one day if possible company. They replaced my entire system which included placing the airhandler in a different part of the house requiring duct work revisions. They were there until it was done, all in one day, and their price was very competitive. The new location required some house remodeling which I did first but they counseled me in advance to make sure their sebsequent work would go in smoothly. Later when operation of the system proved that an additional supply duct was needed, they returned and installed it at not additional cost. They were also very neat and clean with their work.

Gerald called and made an appointment. I gave him the proposal I was looking for which he gave me a bid on and then made several good suggestions. I actual went with his suggestions which was a little higher in price but not much. He actually came in under my budget. I would highly recomment him and have.
