City: Simi Valley Project: Professional Moving Service - Local / Within State The mechanics of the move were fine.  They gave me an estimate of $99/hr for 4 movers and a truck.  The movers were polite and took few breaks.  They wrapped everything in… Read Complete Rating The mechanics of the move were fine.  They gave me an estimate of $99/hr for 4 movers and a truck.  The movers were polite and took few breaks.  They wrapped everything in blankets and used tape to secure the blankets.  The did use tape directly on bare wood and a small amount of stain came off when the tape was removed. <br /> <br />When it was time to complete the move from storage to the new house (2 weeks) the price per hour had changed to $110/hr.  He expected me to object & we called the warehouse.   I was given no choice.  If you do a door-to-door move, this would be fine.   Rating: Project: Professional Moving Service - Local / Within State overall, good. Ozzy, Iban & Jesus worked very hard, took extra care not to damage furniture and walls on move in. unfortunatly they forgot to bring their tools and work gloves. I had to leave before move completed, leaving friend in charge. I was dissapointed that bed was not fully reassembled, and the refrigerator was not plugged in, ruining my frozen food.  See All Ratings
