They were to expensive but I needed the work done right away, took 2 days to finish. $2700.

He contacted me within 1/2 hour and was very flexible, from a time standpoint, coming for am estimate @ 7AM. He completed sooner than expected and cleand everything up after completeing the job.

Don't hire Mr. Singh. Ihired him for a pointing job in October that he said would take seven days. It is now mid-december!? He used two colors for the mortar for the front of the building and it will have to be done again! When I call him he says he will call back in five minutes and then never calls back. I will have to abandon the chimney repair because it is now too cold to keep my boiler off for a day. He shows up at 10 AM because of "traffic" and then leaves around 2:30 PM. I would not select Mr. Singh and Mast Construction again.

Project: Asphalt Shingle Roofing - Install or Replace

I had my new roof installed in August of this year. Also of this writing, December 2, the roof is leaking in for the 2nd time in a place I never had a leak before. He promises to fix it this weekend. He returned at my request to repair a leak in October and to clean up his supplies and debris. However, there is still a drum on my roof and debris from the old roof in the gutters and in my yard. He left a satellite dish dangling from the roof with the nails damaging my vinyl siding. I had to pay someone else to take it down. I have contracted someone else to clean the debris in the yard. He is pestering me for the final payment.
