Had a Trane XR13 A/C unit installed. The workmanship looks good, the price was good and the installation went smoothly. No fuss, no mess. I hope this reflects well on any long term service I may need.

Was pleasantly surprised that we got a call back within minutes of our request from service magic. The people at Colonial were knowledgeable, and able to answer our questions quickly, and accurately. The installers were on time, polite, and professional. An issue arose a day after the install with some minor leaking which they took care of , although not immediately. All in all, we would recommend Colonial Heating & Cooling.

Lee Brees and his team were excellent! Hours were condusive to working professionals, able to schedule an evening appointment immediately. Competative pricing and selected for the comprehensive warranty, including 5 year labor warranty and 10 year "lemon" warranty. Install was scheduled in one week. I would highly recommend this company.

There was a little hickup in the communication between the sales person and the installation crew but once all is figured out, all was good. The customer sercvice was impressive. Installation crew was knowledgeable and did a pretty decent job.

Colonial Heating & Cooling was great. It was a two day install, but the installers worked late each night to get the job done. They were curteous and conscientious. The one thing I liked very well that actually convinced me to go with these guys was the salesman, Steve. He sold his product and his company and didn't even bother to ask who his competition was - I liked that. Everyone else wanted to know who their competition was and then the negative sales pitches would come out. I would recommend them to all.
