Came out same day to inspect the work site and provide a verbal estimate. Performed the work next day - 100% complete. Very good work and went above and beyond in terms of troubleshooting circuits and doing excellent finishing work. Even helped remove an old appliance and bring it to the curb!

Allen from Wye-Delta Electrical Contracting was an hour late for his appointment - I called him and found out that he was stuck doing another job. We decided to push back the appointment 4 hours later, but he stopped by just 2 hours later, when I wasn't even home. He ended up just waiting in my neighborhood for another couple hours until I got home, after which he fixed my cabinet. It ended up working out okay, but his lack of scheduling was frustrating.

In my business there are certain jobs that once you start you cannot leave till the job is complete. When you did call I told the truth and did show as quickly as possible and got your work done.

Mr. Allen Pecararo arrived at my home with a smile and a professional attitude to replace my brass scones with wooden ones. He worked steadily and when asked questions about what was needed by him, he was courteous and very conscientious in his work that took only a little time to complete. He finished up neatly and carefully cleared the area.
I am delighted with the scones and am very, very satisfied with Mr. Pecararo and his manners, politeness and in his professional work ethic. I would gladly recommend him to my family, friends and colleagues. Thank you for having Service Magic available for such jobs around the home.

Review by a customerin Revere, MA Project: Install or Replace Weatherstripping
Al was a no-call no-show for our first appointment. I called him a couple of days later to see if he was still interested in coming over. He did come to the next appointment. He made an improvement to the door that needed weather proofing. He was here for a half hour. He wanted to charge me $46.00. Is that right or should it be $23.00 for the half hour?

People have to understand that this is my living and when I have to travel 30 minutes and pay a fare for using the Ted Williams Tunnel and with the cost of gasoline at over $3.00 a gallon I have to charge something. By the way you forgot to mention the cash rebate I gave.
