Presentation was good. We chose Bryant/Carrier because its made in the U.S.A.. Very courteous and polite. Laid dropcloths on the floor and cleaned up afterwards. Explained how the A/C-Heating worked. John, our installer was great! He was able to located the compressor at the site we wanted - very difficult. Had an issue with the humidifier dripping while testing - called Wright and service said it wasn't a big deal. We weren't too satisfied with that answer, however they called back Saturday afternoon to come out and check everything out. Was happier after that. They had to cut holes in my ceiling but have promised to come back to repair them

The salesman was great - taking my phone calls at all hours (9AM SAT, etc.). Though once the sale was made, the salesman slipped into the sunset. THe office secretary has helped me out with the paperwork - still trying to get the parts warranty completed on the computer. THe installers were great, and the best part was the "quality control" guy who fixed my "drip, drip" noise, and attempted and improved the "roar" of going on high speed.

super job ! I watched them install everything. furance and a/c unit. pluse electric and I think they did a very good job. not the lowest priced or highest priced But they gave me the most for my money. and did a very good job. Also gave me a 1-year road test . if I'm not happy they will take it back. can,t beat that. they cleaned everything up when they were done. they hah to make a hole in the wall to run a/c line repaired wall and repainted. yap! like they said they will do it wright...I,m happy

They were willing to negotiate pricing, payments, and availability. They had full knowledge of what they were doing and the expedited installation of my air conditioning unit before it became really hot.

All the folks I dealt with at Wright were responsive, prompt and professional. The job was done on time and to my satisfaction - and Wright even submitted a rebate request from the furnace manufacturer for me. I wasn't aware of this rebate opportunity, and would not have gotten it had Wright not taken the initiative to do it.

Thorough analysis, competitive pricing, clear details and contract. Only company with written guarantee of specific % savings in the next year, and warranty including both parts AND labor for 5 years. Inspector said it was one of the better installation jobs he has seen. My only complaint is that the Bryant furnace is not as quiet as I had hoped based on the salesman's description (but it is still quieter than our old one).
