I was very pleased with the service technician that came out to my house last week. The gentleman that came out was Antonio Coronado he fixed the leaky faucet quickly and was very professional. I was not pleased with the guy that he was working with the guy he was working with sent Antonio to my house. I didnt get the guys name but he sent Antonio well after the ETA that was given. I guess the guy that was supposed to come out got tied up or whatever and didnt tell me in advance. I called to see where he was and he told me that he was sending another technician, I will use Wright Connection in the future but please send Antonio Coronado again
