Excellent customer service. He looked at our deck and determine that it was fixable. He was able to jack the back of the deck to the house and add additional anchors for minmal cost compare to replacing the entire deck.

Couldn't give a full five stars for quality since he accidentally drilled holes in the wrong place on three shutters, which we then had to reorder and have replaced a few weeks later. But he did cover the replacement cost and was very apologetic. The 11 windows of shutters look great, as does the grill he assembled for us.

I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Works Home Improvements. Sherwood showed up very promptly, and quickly repaired both a window that wouldn't stay open and a screen door that wouldn't close. The price was very reasonable, too. I made sure to get a business card, because I'll be calling this guy again.
