He is very professional. He helped with different ideas about the deck that we did not think of. Crew was great. They were neat, cleaning up each day. The deck is beautiful!!!

Be sure to get a written work order just to be more business like and protect both the pro and the customer. Word of mouth is not good sometimes in this society. Not having a written agreement was just as much my fault as his. He and I are both very trusting persons, but it just is not enough in this day's ecomony. However, I would recommend Rich Woody in any event and I am well pleased with him, his crew, and their work.

Rich meet me at my home after I got home, the other contractors would not, and we talked about all the material that would be used and how it would be constructed. Rich was knowledgeable and convinced me he would do a superior job. One contractor gave me a price over the phone. They didn't need to look at the job. The other two contractors said that they would come by some time and look at what I wanted and call me with a price. Neither one did. Rich got the job before he left my house.

Rich was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was fair with his pricing and he was patient with us as we changed our minds a couple of times about how we wanted out deck to look. His workers were very pleasant and professional and they cleaned up the sight when they left. We are very pleased with our deck and I would have no reservations about referring him to others.

Answered call promptly. Full description of the job and materials given. Presented an accurate drawing of agreed design, efficiently modified by email, agreed a price per sq.ft. including several additional tasks in the standard price. Job progressed as planned. Rich Woody was in attendance and was professional and attentive throughout. Efficient clean-up nightly. Finished product was as expected. Price agreed at start was the price paid. I would not hesitate in recommending Woody WoodDeckers to others.

Project: Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
Rich Woody of Woody WoodDeckers did a great job! He came over to see our yard and listened to our ideas for a deck. He then proposed several different ideas that we never would have even known were available. He designed a deck plan and gave an estimate as to the final cost. He and his team arrived and built a beautiful custom deck. They hand dug each footing as I had shared a concern over the unknown placement of our sprinkler lines. They use premium materials and don't cut corners on the construction. The level of custom detail is incredible. There were no surprises in the costs and he held true to his original estimate. Great job!
