Byron is great. He knew more than any drapery installer I ever got through Penney's. Besides fixing the clip on my double traverse rod, he told me how to put a paper clip on the bottom of the inside edges so that they would fold back after a while, and close properly. I will use him again for sure.

The drapes I ordered were supposed to be 84inches in length, but we hung them, they were over 2 inches too short. I ended up having to spend an extra $36 to buy curtain rod rings so that they would hang properly. She blamed it on me saying I didn't measure correctly, but we double-checked and my measurements were right. In addition, she told me the work would take 1 week, and it ended up being 2 1/2 weeks to be completed. Overall, the workmanship was nice, but I feel cheated and frustrated my experience working with Wondrous Workroom. I was going to have them do drapes for my other room, but will have to look elsewhere.

The customer ordered her drapery fabric before we even took the job and did not order enough. We had to add fabric of our own onto the material to even get to 84",her finished length, free of charge. I did not measure for these panels and do not take responsibility for that measurement. Originally, the customer was going to place the panels on rings anyway. I spent 1 1/2 hours with this customer free of charge to pick fabric for her baby bedding. I delivered the product free of charge. I also made an extra pillow for her free of charge. The manufacturing took longer because of lack of fabric. We are sending her a check for $36 for her rings.

They were fast,clean and did a great job.

They responded quickly to my request. They were able to do the work I needed done. Unfortunately due to a communication error between us, one of the jobs was not done as expected. The work was done in a reasonable time frame and was more costly than I had hoped or anticipated. They were very polite and courteous.
