They answer the phone promptly by a real person. They set up and return quickly as needed and have had much success in catching the moles! We are very happy with this company.

We have had good service thus far. The only feedback that I would mention is that when we called them to come out for an estimate, the worker that came out actually surveyed the yard and then put up the stakes before we had signed any contracts. So we felt like we needed to commit to that company at that point, since all the traps were set.

They came same day I called! Got job done and I had a lot of dead box elder bugs afterwards and none in my house, yippee! Wish I had done it last fall.

Matt showed up on time as prearranged and thoroughly checked out my place. It was mice, not squirrels. He itemized all the things WMS could do for mitigation (extermination, barrier installation, etc) and I was free to pick and choose which I wanted. There was no pressure to select any of the services. I had many questions that he and the staff back at the office were happy to answer. Once I decided what I wanted, they promptly came out and executed the tasks professionally.
