The crew were friendly and courteous but i think there could have been more attention to detail. They could have done a better job of tamping down the areas where the pipe was buried and cleaned the mud from the sidewalk. Two weeks after the job was finished and I still have not heard from the project manager. He was supposed to give me a demo and show me how this thing works. Thankfully, a service tech, who came out to fix a small problem, walked me through the installation and showed me how the controller works. If not for him, I'm not sure i would recommend these guys. Not the high level of customer care or attention to detail i expected.
